Simply put, Kris is the best. I’ve worked with several other interior decorators.  All were good, but none compare to her. From our initial phone call, I could tell that she was professional.  She was always attentive to my tastes, easy to chat with, and had amazing attention to detail. Every project she completed for me was delivered and wrapped with a bow. She really knows her profession and runs a very organized ship when it comes to working with suppliers, contractors, etc. She just gets it all done and keeps you posted every step of the way, so misunderstandings are never an issue. I love, love, love Kris. When it was time to renovate our home, I interviewed several designers and never got past the consultation phase of the process. Then I found Kris and what a find she is! Kris’ work is in every room of our home now, and we wouldn’t change a thing.  I always love to see Kris at my door. It means that exciting things are to come! Most of our work is complete now, but I keep looking for projects around our home so I can continue to work on with her. Kris is fun, honest, and a good listener.  I recommend her to anyone looking for a designer. She pours her heart and soul into each project and delivers a perfectly beautiful design.

Kris made the design process so easy! She is strong enough to offer her preferences but never overbearing with her own agenda. She is a good listener and helped us end up with exactly the room we had hoped for! We have a beautiful room that after 18 months we still love as much as the first day we got it! Kris has a great eye for design, and she’s professional but fun. She managed the process well, kept me informed, and stayed on time/on budget. Kris has helped us design 2 homes over 15 years. From a design standpoint, these 2 residences are at opposite ends of the spectrum. One is classically traditional and the other is strikingly modern. Kris works on these spaces in tandem, which illustrates her flexibility as a designer and shows she’s comfortable with a variety of design styles. My husband & I travel frequently and have very busy careers. One thing we really appreciate about Kris is her ability to work autonomously & without much direction from us. She’s a fabulous project manager and adept at managing both details & deadlines. We trust Kris to listen to our needs, develop a plan, and execute it as promised. Because we are a couple on the go, our homes are our havens… where we retreat & recharge. Kris has made this possible for us, and we are grateful!

Kris made my dreams come true!! When we were ready to re-do our living room, kitchen, & dining room, I called Kris (who came HIGHLY recommended by a family member). She patiently guided me through the design process and addressed all my concerns and desires with grace and confidence…which is what I needed!! She had wonderful ideas but was also open to mine.  She made me feel like this was MY home and we were going through things as a team. I feel like I made a friend for life and can’t wait to start on my master bedroom update.  Kris will be my first call!!

When we first moved into our new home, we were overwhelmed. Kris helped us figure out a design plan and our style. Then she got down to the work of helping us pick out the furniture, rugs, window coverings, lighting, and artwork we needed to make our home comfortable and beautiful. She’s always very responsive, has great ideas, and keeps her commitments. Plus, she’s just a really nice person who makes you feel comfortable and takes the intimidation out of the design process. We totally remodeled downstairs (living room, dining room, kitchen, office, master bedroom, and master bath). Walls & plumbing were moved, ceilings raised, floors changed, cabinetry & countertops updated, lighting added.  Kris connected us with a general contractor and assisted us with the renovation, then coordinated our colors, fixtures, and finishes.  After construction was complete, she helped us select rugs, furniture, wallpaper, and window treatments. The experience couldn’t have been better. She took the time to learn our style and find items that complemented our taste. We commented many times that we were impressed at how Kris wouldn’t say “no” to our requests.  Instead, she gently guided us to selections that worked best. We will continue to use Kris’ services as we fine-tune our new living space. We highly recommend Kris for any decorating job.

I’ve worked with Kris for 20 years, through 2 new home constructions, 1 complete remodel, and numerous refresh projects and can’t imagine working with anyone else. This was my first time working with a designer, and Kris was great! She really listened to what I was saying and created a vision that pushed me out of my comfort zone but still stayed true to me and my design aesthetic. Kris & her keen sense of design made what I thought to be challenging so easy.  When I started my project, I really didn’t have any idea of what I wanted, nor would I have guessed the end result. My living room was dark & cramped with oversized furniture but is now open, bright, and inviting.
